ABSTRACT
This paper presents the results of a study to assess the effect of the concentration of the solution and the duration of etching in the electrolyte of the optimal composition on the adhesion strength of the iron coating to the metal base. It is established that electrochemical anode etching is the most effective. The maximum adhesion strength of iron deposits to the base is provided by anodic etching in phosphoric-sulfur electrolyte.

ABSTRACT
The article deals with the stress state of the silicate coating of the pipe. It has been established that the stresses on the surfaces of the pipe coating mainly depend on the temperature distribution, physical and mechanical properties, geometric dimensions and contact pressures between the coating and the pipe metal. A study of residual, thermal stress and strength on the surface of the silicate coating of the pipe was carried out.

ABSTRACT
In the practice of oil and gas production, hydraulic machines for various purposes, including pumps, are widely used [1]. Achieving high tightness while ensuring functional performance in the specified equipment is considered one of the main conditions. For this purpose, composite materials based on rubber or polymer are used. In recent years, the level of use of composite materials based on polymers in tie units has expanded [2].

ABSTRACT
Coating of the surface of the details with the help of corrosion and corrosion-resistant metal abrasives was considered. A technological mode was developed and presented in the laser device for obtaining a high-quality protective layer coating. On the basis of this technological regime, a research report was given for choosing the quality of abrasives and their accurate purchase. A separate table was prepared for steel-branded details.

ABSTRACT
Bituminous sands are one of the main sources of alternative energy. However, the limited application of this method is associated with environmental and technical problems arising from the extraction of oil from bituminous deposits. In this paper, the authors propose a new environmentally friendly technology based on the application of nanoreagents for oil extraction from bituminous oil.
