ABSTRACT

The Unified Gas SupplySystem (UGSS) of Azerbaijan is a system of interconnected territorial production complexes that unite gas production, transportation, storage and distribution enterprises with a hierarchically organized management and planning system.Modern gas supply systems are characterized by a wide variety of objects associated with the natural conditions of production, the heterogeneity of the structure and schemes of collectors for collecting produced gas, gas treatment technologies, etc. All this leads both to thedifficulty of unifying the models of individual objects of the gas supply system, and to interconnecting and coordinating the functioning of the objects themselves. Significant difficulties in managing a complex gas supply system also arise in connection with the multi-level hierarchical nature of objects (subsystems) of the criteria for their optimization. This paper presents the results of research on the planning and control of gas supply systems in complicated operating conditions.

Keywords:Unified gas supply system, hierarchical system, reliability, gas transmission systems, simulation result.

ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to the study of vibration and cavitation that occur in centrifugal pumps. Modern machines consist of a large number of elements interacting with each other, and their relative displacement creates a vibration process. With the help of vibration diagnostic methods,it is possible to identify faults in advance, increase the efficiency and durability of operation, increase the overhaul period and reduce the time spent on fault detection.Mechanical sources of vibration in centrifugal pumps depend on design features and build quality. The occurrence of various damage to the rotor reduces the value of the vibration diagnostic indicators of the pump. The article shows the cause of the vibration process occurring in bearings. The level of vibration in the pads and its change depending on time is considered the basis for assessing the technical condition of the considered node and determining its residual life.

ABSTRACT

Due to the increase in the number of cars in the Republic, environmental protection problems arise, and tirerecycling is considered as one of the main ways to overcome these problems. Uncontrolled disposal of used car tires causes great damage to the environment. Various effective methods and ways to recycle tires are presented in this article. The application of new production technologies during tire processing using low and very low temperatures (cryogenic technology) allows obtaining new material -rubber scraps and rubber powder, which are successfully used in various sectors of the economy and brings environmental benefits to the state.

Keywords:used tires, waste, ecology, physical, chemical, thermal, microbiological processing.

ABSTRACT

The article discusses the factors affecting product quality, environmental issues, and the cost of products manufactured for investment purposes. The researcher has improved the existing production technology, and as a result, ways to eliminate environmental problems that affect the quality of the product have been given. The production proposed in rebar production, unlike specialized production, provides quality rebar without changing the chemical composition of the steel melted in the furnace, eliminates the formation of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide gases that affect the environment, and reduces the cost of the product due to the fact that the castings are not reheated.

ABSTRACT

A method is proposed for determining the numerical values of the reliability indicators of X-mas trees and their components, depending on the technological processes performed in various oil and gas producing regions. Formulas are obtained that are universal, with the help of which the minimum number of opening-closing cycles of X-mas tree valves can be determined during the year of operation at the well, before the overhaul, during the service life. The concept of a safe operating time coefficient has been introduced for the possibility of determining the resource of X-mas trees and its components at various stages of creation and operation.

ABSTRACT

The article points out that in order to reduce the interfacialtension at the boundary of oil with water, in order to improve its oil-leaching ability; various surfactants are added to the water injected into the reservoir. It has been shown in the literature that when a surfactant solution is filtered in a porous medium, part of it is adsorbed on the rock surface. This leads to a decrease in the effect of surfactants. The conducted experimental studies confirmed this position, on the basis of which recommendations were given for the selection of the amount of surfactants.

Keywords:SAM, surface tension, adsorption, molecular attraction.
