ABSTRACT
The Unified Gas SupplySystem (UGSS) of Azerbaijan is a system of interconnected territorial production complexes that unite gas production, transportation, storage and distribution enterprises with a hierarchically organized management and planning system.Modern gas supply systems are characterized by a wide variety of objects associated with the natural conditions of production, the heterogeneity of the structure and schemes of collectors for collecting produced gas, gas treatment technologies, etc. All this leads both to thedifficulty of unifying the models of individual objects of the gas supply system, and to interconnecting and coordinating the functioning of the objects themselves. Significant difficulties in managing a complex gas supply system also arise in connection with the multi-level hierarchical nature of objects (subsystems) of the criteria for their optimization. This paper presents the results of research on the planning and control of gas supply systems in complicated operating conditions.
Keywords:Unified gas supply system, hierarchical system, reliability, gas transmission systems, simulation result.

ABSTRACT
The article is devoted to the study of vibration and cavitation that occur in centrifugal pumps. Modern machines consist of a large number of elements interacting with each other, and their relative displacement creates a vibration process. With the help of vibration diagnostic methods,it is possible to identify faults in advance, increase the efficiency and durability of operation, increase the overhaul period and reduce the time spent on fault detection.Mechanical sources of vibration in centrifugal pumps depend on design features and build quality. The occurrence of various damage to the rotor reduces the value of the vibration diagnostic indicators of the pump. The article shows the cause of the vibration process occurring in bearings. The level of vibration in the pads and its change depending on time is considered the basis for assessing the technical condition of the considered node and determining its residual life.
Keywords:elements of the pumping unit, repair, defect detection, vibration diagnostics, improvement of operating conditions, evaluation of technical parameters, resonant frequency, frequency of special oscillations, damage, vibration diagnostic methods, vibration level.
