ABSTRACT

Spherical shells are used in many areas of industry. Spherical shells are widely used in the construction of various facilities (workshops, testing laboratories, tanks, etc.). They are also used in aircraft construction, ship structures, etc. Also, the results of studies of spherical shells can be used in the equation of vibrations, including radial vibrations, in the liners of spherical bearings. And also in the study of conical shells including free vibrations in the definitions of the action of tangential inertial forces, the use of the Ritz method.

Keywords: shell vibrations, free and forced vibrations, orthogonal coordinate system, equations of momentless theory, Lame parameters, tangential inertial forces, Kirchhoff-Love assumptions, nonlinear vibrations, radial vibrations.

ABSTRACT

In the article, the determination of the amount of wear caused by friction in the clamping node of valves included in the class of connecting structures was considered. Analytical expressions were obtained that express the friction-dependent regularity of the amount of wear that occurs in the valve joint. These expressions will determine the change of the amount of wear depending on the friction force.

Keywords: valve, wear, friction, friction angle, deflection.

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we consider the solution of the first basic boundary value problem for an elastic half-plane with a circular cavity. In the article, the definition of an unknown function given in the inner contour is not associated with deviations due to the contour variable of the boundary condition, but with a system of infinite linear algebraic equations obtained in the process of orthogonalization of this boundary condition. The coefficients of the system of algebraic equations are expressed by integrals over a circular contour.

ABSTRACT

It is well known that, at present, late stage fields are operated mainly by sucker-rod pumps. The pumps are usually operated in rather complicated technological and hydrodynamic conditions, strongly influencing its efficiency. In the article the possible influence of downhole sucker-rod pump (DSRP) depth on delivery factor that is one of the indicators of operating efficiency of the entire sucker-rod pumping unit is investigated on the basis of actual field information. The values of oil and water delivery coefficients were calculated and functional dependence on the depth of sucker-rod pump immersion was built. The results showed an increase in the oil supply coefficient and a decrease in its water supply coefficient in the considered ranges of values. Mathematical models of the dependencies were also obtained. As a result of the conducted research, the expediency of the controlled increase of the depth of suspension of pumps in the conditions of operation of the considered field is confirmed.

ABSTRACT

Composite materials are widely used in the manufacture of cutting-chopping and destructive elements of oilfield tools and equipment used in drilling, operation and workover of wells. In order to increase the cutting ability of the cutting part of the tool, the advantages of composite materials such as tungsten carbide (TC) are investigated in comparison with other materials and their resistance to high temperatures is ensured. The finite element method (two-dimensional simplex elements) is used to determine the stress-strain state created on the contact surfaces of the cutting-grinding and destructive tools.

Keywords: composite material, finite elements, tension, deformation, cutting tool.

ABSTRACT

The article deals with the selection of fluid solutions used in the drilling of oil and gas wells. As it is known, with the increase of the depth, the liquid expands and its density decreases. When determining the hydrostatic pressure of a fluid, it is recommended to take into account the change in temperature depending on the depth of the well. To do this, it is important to accurately determine the law of temperature change depending on the depth of the well. The quality of the solutions used in drilling a well depends on its basic physical properties. Thus, with a change in depth, reservoir pressure and temperature increase. Therefore, determining the density of the solution for optimal depth intervals is of great importance. The article recommends the use of quality washing solutions, such as well drilling fluid.
