 ABSTRACT

It is impossible to imagine life without an elevator in tall buildings and structures. Although the elevator serves for quick and convenient access of people to each apartment, compliance with safety rules during their operation is considered one of the important factors. Smoothness and trouble-free operation of elevator installations are one of the main factors in ensuring the comfort and health of people. In the former USSR, an important requirement in the design of buildings above 5 floors was considered to consider the issue of providing an elevator.

Keywords: Elevator, multi-storey buildings, speed of movement, load capacity.

 ABSTRACT

In the modern era, one of the main issues of oil and gas exploitation is the design and implementation of wear-resistant equipment. The importance of the issue lies in the fact that the exploited oil product consists of hydrocarbon compounds, sand, sulfur, etc. In addition, additives in the composition of oils accelerate corrosion, abrasive corrosion and other processes in the equipment used.

Currently, the main oil production in Azerbaijan is carried out in offshore fields. Along with the above processes, sea water, the environment (atmospheric phenomena) have a serious impact on the durability of equipment.

Among the equipment used in oil production and transportation, throttles are of particular importance. During operation, the throttle valve on the left side of the incoming fluid exerts high pressure at high speed at an angle of 90°. At the same time, the liquid enters the upper landing hole, at this time the end part does not open completely. The tip presses on the top of the part. This part is the lower part of the nut. At this time, it is subject to wear under the influence of oil in this part. The pressure of the incoming liquid leads to the destruction of this part.

Keywords: adjustable throttle valve, seat, end part, fountain fitting, tightness.

 ABSTRACT

The metallurgical industry is a heavy, multi-stage and highly energy-intensive industry. It is characterized by high energy costs and transportation. Metallurgy, related to the mining industry, is considered one of the priority areas of development of the economy of Azerbaijan. Unlike the oil sector, it also requires large expenses for the transportation of minerals, processing technology, metal smelting. Since the main factor influencing the formation of the cost price is associated with the metal smelting process, the article is devoted to the study of problems arising during the operation of metallurgical furnaces and the development of recommendations for their elimination.

Keywords: metallurgy, melting furnaces, metals, disclaimers of responsibility.

 ABSTRACT

There are 2 underground gas storage facilities in our republic, which are currently operated as Karadag and Galmaz. Since gas storage facilities are potentially dangerous objects, there are cases of equipment damage at these facilities, as well as environmental pollution due to the non-use of modern technological processes, conducting research in this area is relevant. So, in this area, both the study of gas product quality indicators and its study from the point of view of improving quality indicators are considered important issues.

Considering that the existing gas processing plant in our country has been in operation for a long time and does not have a capacity corresponding to the demand for gas, the most urgent problem today continues to be the improvement of gas quality indicators at gas storage facilities before its transportation, that is, purification from harmful components contained in gas.

In the research work, an insoluble gas tank was adopted as an object.

Keywords: underground gas storage, environmental protection, technological equipment, compressor station, collector unit.

 ABSTRACT

In the modern production process, the worker does not play such an active role, he obeys the work of mechanisms and equipment and is forced to adapt to technological processes. At the same time, it is being improved in the conditions of accelerating the development of technology and technology, scientific and technological progress. This process takes place without interruption, and higher demands are placed on the employee. It is no secret that most of the production facilities in the country work on old equipment left over from the Soviet era, which has long exhausted its resources. This, in turn, increases the risk of accidents at work, injuries, as well as various occupational diseases.

Occupational safety issues at various enterprises and organizations operating in Azerbaijan, including industrial enterprises, remain an urgent problem, and certain studies need to be conducted in this direction.

It should also be noted that the managers of many enterprises are aware of the importance of occupational safety, while those responsible for health, safety and the environment (WTO) make certain efforts in the field of occupational safety.

This article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the occupational safety system at various enterprises and organizations, including industrial ones.

Keywords: occupational safety, certification, accident risk, occupational diseases, injuries, noise, vibration, technology, equipment, working conditions.

 ABSTRACT

The improvement of management in the field of heat supply in Azerbaijan is carried out by JSC “Azeristiktachizat”, created by the decree of the President of the country dated 08.06.2005 No. 847. The main task is to provide heat supply to residential buildings and buildings, educational institutions, healthcare and other social facilities in the city of Baku and the regions of the republic through the production, transmission, distribution, sale and maintenance of thermal energy.

Currently, there are more than 540 boiler houses, about 90 heating stations and 2 lifting pumping stations, as well as more than 25 boiler houses in Baku and the regions on the balance sheet of Azeristiktachizat OJSC. In general, the heat supply system is provided and controlled by 22 centers in the city of Baku and 51 in the regions. Here one of the urgent problems is to ensure high reliability and durability of the operated equipment and technical means.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the causes of characteristic accidents that can occur in steam boilers that have found the most widespread use in the heat supply system and are one of the equipment with a high potential for danger, and the development of applications for their prevention.

As a result of the conducted research, it was found that the most common causes of accidents of steam boilers are: fuel explosion, low water level in the boiler, insufficient preparation of water feeding the boiler, boiler water contamination, violation of purge technology, non-compliance with heating regulations, mechanical damage to pipes, overload.

Keywords: heat supply system, steam boiler, accidents and damages, causes of equipment failure.
