ABSTRACT

 The article shows the types of complications that occur mainly in the fields of the Absheron archipelago in Azerbaijan and in the oil fields of the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea; the most common and frequent of them are the watering of the production of sucker rod pumping wells and the intensity of sand manifestations.

It is noted that methods that prevent complications or reduce their negative impact are more appropriate than methods for their elimination.

It is proposed to isolate formation water in flooded sucker-rod pumping oil wells using a universal hydrodynamic method; In this method, a liquid barrier should be created in front of the water in the formation, and not a solid barrier, and high-viscosity dead (non-gaseous) oil should be taken as a separating fluid, the specific gravity of which should be equal to the specific gravity of the formation water.

The article uses the following five functions of multifunctional measures when carrying out various well survey methods:

  1. Pouring clean fluid into the annulus to increase the amount of fluid in the wellbore and reduce the concentration of sand particles in it.
  2. Without stopping the operation of the pumping unit, adding clean oil to the annulus with the help of a unit, raise its static level several meters higher.

III. Determination of values of Pk, DPo and G in rod deep well pumping wells producing viscous-plastic oil without stopping the operation of the pumping unit.

  1. To determine the reservoir pressure in the simplest way, all well production is drained with a hose into the annulus.
  2. When removing the first lower curve by the method of two-sided restoration of curves without stopping the operation of the pumping unit
  3. VI. When applying the extraction method without changing the indicator diagrams S and n of water-cut oil wells.

Thus, the use of multifunctional measures improves the performance of the considered wells and provides great economic benefits.

 ABSTRACT

 It is known that in the center of the Earth the temperature is about 5000 0C and in the direction of the earth's crust it decreases. It is also known that the temperature gradient of the Earth is 3 0C every 100 meters in depth and it is constant throughout the planet. Consequently, the temperature of the Earth's crust is the most beneficial source of heat and energy. It accumulates the energy of the sun and is heated by the focal temperature. In Azerbaijan, at a depth of one meter to 50 meters, the temperature is stable and equal to 5-8 ° C.

ABSTRACT

 Today, the main methods of protection against corrosion of contact devices of rectification equipment for oil refining, in particular, stainless steel mesh packing, under conditions of relatively high temperatures (150–250°C) and in the presence of aggressive components in oil feedstock (hydrogen sulfide, sulfides, mercaptans, other sulfur compounds, chloride ions, organochlorine compounds, water) are the use of special alloys as protective coatings, as well as corrosion inhibitors that reduce the corrosive effect of an aggressive environment. At the same time, most of these methods have disadvantages associated with high operating costs, insufficient efficiency, or the ability to protect only from a certain factor, and not from their combination.

In this regard, studies of the corrosion resistance of mesh contact devices made of stainless steel grade 12Х18Н10Т, on three types of samples: alloy wire, welded mesh, thin sheet.

Titanium nitride (TiN) and metal coatings of nickel (Ni), titanium (Ti) and chromium (Cr) were used as anticorrosive coatings for these samples. These coatings were applied to the samples by two methods: electrolytic method and vacuum ion-plasma spraying. It was found that the optimum thickness of the coating is 10–15 µm, at which the resulting films have sufficient ductility and do not peel off from the surface of the corresponding stainless alloy.

The study of corrosion of samples of stainless steel 12Cr18N10T with applied coatings and without coatings was carried out by immersion in compositions containing oil, as well as in simulating aggressive oil-containing media. As a result of the studies, it was found that protective coatings of chromium and titanium nitride, applied by vacuum ion-plasma spraying, are the most effective from the point of view of corrosion protection of stainless steel mesh contact devices used in rectification columns.

ABSTRACT

 As a result of analyzing the causes of defects in high-pressure valves, it was found that gate and seat failures are dominant. From this point of view, it is important to increase the service life of the parts included in this pair.

The article discusses the implementation of the iron process and the results obtained in order to increase the resource of the gate-seat pair of high-pressure gate valves. It turned out that the coating of the gate's working surface by the iron-iron method allows, along with an increase in corrosion resistance (by 1.5-1.7 times), creates a serious basis for increasing the service life by 75-80%.

Abstract

In this study, the preparation and characterization of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composites are aimed at today's increasing use of composite materials. In this study, composite materials consisting of unidirectional carbon fiber-epoxy resin were prepared and the effects of fiber inclination angle on layered epoxy composite materials were investigated using various characterization techniques. Composite materials were prepared by autoclave method. At the stage of characterization of prepared composite materials Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has been applied for tensile, compression tests and characterization of fracture surfaces to determine the mechanical properties.
