ABSTRACT

In addition to studying the properties of abrasive corrosion-resistant alloys, the article considers it important to study the abrasive corrosion-based effect of abrasive corrosion resistance of high-chromium white cast iron on the amount of carbon and the dependence of abrasive particles on carbide and particle dependence.

At the same time, the spread of white cast iron with 1.5 - 30% Mo is higher, which makes it easier to spread the processed martensite cast iron.

Keywords: oil drilling equipment high chromium alloy, abrasive particle, diffusion resistance, hardness, erosion coefficient, abrasive conditions.

ABSTRACT

The problem of managing technical and technological risks in main gas and oil pipeline systems, subject to the possibility of limited funds allocated for the prevention and elimination of the consequences of accidents, is considered in the form of a semi-Markov decision-making model for a controlled Markov process in continuous time with the criterion of the maximum average discounted income. To find the optimal nonrandomized Markov stationary strategy, a procedure is proposed based on reducing the formulated fuzzy problem to an equivalent Boolean programming problem with deterministic constraints. To solve the resulting system of inequality constraints, an algorithm has been developed for finding basic solutions for an arbitrary number of accidents and measures to eliminate them.

The numerical implementation of the proposed approach is implemented for the real problem of risk management in the main gas pipeline with unclear cost constraints.

ABSTRACT

In the article, in contrast to those who consider only one of the two historical figures with identical functions and attribute the first mention of "Logistic" to the 9th-10th centuries. AD [1], the author, studying all the facts, claims that the formation of another personality (mantig-vizier), confirmed by historical documents, is more ancient and belongs to the 17-16 centuries. BC NS. [2]. Thus, based on the event, which is described in the holy books of the scriptures Torah, the Bible and the Koran and dated 1864-1754. "Interpretation of the Pharaoh's dream", and in the literary aspect, a more common work like "Yusuf and Zuleikha" [3], the author in the economic and technical aspect proves that the founder of the above identical functions - frugality, the art of calculation and logical thinking, is "Pharaoh - Prophet Yusuf"

ABSTRACT

The issues of tightness and abrasion resistance of the new design of the ZMS-type valve are considered. An analytical expression was obtained to determine the relative pressure generated across the check valve of the improved valve. Checked the condition of the valve tightness and abrasion resistance. The new valve design was tested at JSCO “NEFTGAZMASH”, and as a result of the tests it was found that the new valve fully complies with these conditions.

Keywords: leakage, relative pressure, seal, improved, ZMS, abrasion resistance.

ABSTRACT

A solution is given to the problem of transverse shear of a thin plate clamped along the edges of the holes and weakened by a doubly periodic system of rectilinear through cracks with plastic end zones collinear to the abscissa and ordinate axes of unequal length. General representations of solutions are constructed that describe the class of problems with a doubly periodic stress distribution outside circular holes and rectilinear cracks with end zones of plastic deformations. Satisfying the boundary conditions, the solution of the problem of the theory of shear plates is reduced to two infinite systems of algebraic equations and two singular integral equations. Then each singular integral equation is reduced to a finite system of linear algebraic equations.

Keywords: perforated thin plate, straight cracks with end zones, transverse bending, plastic deformation zones.
