ON THE ISSUE OF INCREASING OIL RECOVERY FROM TAR SANDS

Malikov R.X., Sadiqova T.Y

Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University

Abstract: The problems of applying magnetic and electric fields in the process of oil recovery from tar sands are considered. As a result of experimental studies, it is shown that physical fields lead to a significant increase in the oil recovery coefficient. In this case, the greatest effect is achieved with the joint application of physical fields.

Key words: tar sand, physical field, magnetic field, electric field, oil recovery.

Annotation: The relevance of the topic is primarily associated with constantly increasing volumes of production. The need to develop high-quality material - blanks to increase the competitive ability of enterprises in both domestic and foreign markets. Direct reduction of the cost of the final product - fittings. This issue becomes especially acute with the increasing cost of energy carriers (natural gas and electricity), the use of which is an integral part of any industrial enterprise. The increase in the overall efficiency of which cannot be performed with outdated technical element base and outdated production technologies. In the reinforcing production of end-to-end heating of billets, two main methods change: heating in gas furnaces and induction heating.

The paper analyzes the effectiveness of induction heating by comparison with gas heating in rebar production.

Key words: through heating, gas furnace, induction heating, inductor, high-frequency current, fittings.

Geotechnological problems of oil, gas and chemistry

Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University

Abstract. It was first revealed that the cause of the manifestation of the anomalous properties of viscous and anomalous liquids, and in particular water, kerosene, Newtonian and non-Newtonian oils in cracks and equivalent super-permeable porous media, is the discovered new microcrack-liquid effect. The “microcrack-liquid” effect found by the conducted studies will be taken into account in the practice of oil production when extracting oil from fractured formations and with increasing oil recovery coefficient. If measures are developed, but the weakening or elimination of the found effect “microcrack-liquid” in the practice of oil production when extracting oil from fractured formations will lead to an increase in oil recovery coefficient.

Keywords: oil recovery coefficient, microcrack opening, microcrack-fluid “microcrack-liquid” effect.

IMPROVEMENT OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF SUCKER RODS PUMP

Salimov Z.E., Rahimova  SH.K

Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University

Summary: In this article, as a result of heat treatment of a 40G2 pump rod in a controlled cooling device and subsequent tempering, it was possible to obtain a level of mechanical properties of the rod close to 40 HGM grade. Studies of the structure during quenching showed that, using controlled cooling and subsequent tempering, it was possible to obtain the mechanical properties of a 40G2 steel rod at the level of properties of 40 HGM steel.

Key words: pump, annealing, thermal treatment, rigging, stove, cooling, steel.

DETERMINATION OF THE DESIGN PARAMETERS OF THE PROTECTIVE COATINGOF GRINDING MILLS

F.M.Hamidov

Azerbaijan International Mining Company

Summary. It is known that along with the technological parameters used in the evaluation of the general working principle of the ore grinding process in the mining industry, its constructive parameters are: the number of hoisting linings, the cost of their position, and the distance between the two adjacent breast linings. With this in mind, the paper presents the results of studies on the impact of the position of the lifting linings on the SAGMill mills, the distance between the two adjacent chest linings, and their impact on the output indicators of the grinding products.

Key words. Mining industry, ore, grinding process, metal spindle, lifting and chest linings, angle of lifting lining, distance between two adjacent breast linings and its height.
