 Аbstract

Prognostic-statistical methods are used to predict the service life of equipment to increase the reliability of its parts and early detection of damage by forecasting the performance of the centrifugal electric submersible pumping unit. The article considers the issue of assessing the probability of uninterrupted operation of electric pumps using sufficient statistics in terms of the share of failures.

 Аbstract

The basic equipment in the chemical and petrochemical industry for mass transfer processes is plates column devices with drain devices. The correct choice of the drain device design largely determines not only the operation of the contact elements of the mass transfer plates, but also the operation of the column as a whole. A promising direction in improving the design of drain devices is, for example, to increase productivity by transferring the hydraulic seal from the working area of the plate to the inter-plate space, improving gas separation by applying a variable cross-section drain, increasing the efficiency of mass transfer in the organization of the secondary phase contact zone.

Аbstract

Failures due to corrosion in oil and gas mining equipment and facilities lead to a reduction in their service life and an intensification of accidents. Active and passive protection methods are used to protect various devices and metal structures from corrosion. The main purpose of the article is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of polymer coating materials for corrosion protection of pipelines used in mining conditions, as well as various devices and metal structures.

 Аbstract

The article is devoted to the calculation of the cylinder for strength, subject to the action of internal pressure and torque. It is noted that torque loading cylinders in particular are subject to such loading. The work consists of two parts. The first part provides information on torque hydraulic cylinders. Areas of engineering are indicated where torque hydraulic cylinders are used, what kind of torque hydraulic cylinders are, and how they work are indicated. The given formulas for torque and angular velocity for single-hazard and multi-blade torque hydraulic cylinders. In the second part of the article, the stress state of the torque hydraulic cylinder is determined, analytical expressions for stresses are obtained. From the conditions of strength, the maximum pressure difference between the cavities of the torque cylinder is determined.

Аbstract

Firstly it has experimentally been revealed that the reason of the anomalous properties manifestation of the viscous fluids, particularly water and these properties strengthening for anomalous fluids in the cracks is new micro-cracked effect of “microcrack-fluid”. For realization of the fractured fields development process it is recommended taking into consideration the detected micro-cracked effect in “microcrack-fluid” system. Developed a method of calculating the permeability of the environment Kсr equivalent value hск. It is proposed to develop intensification methods of action on the basis of powerful energy fields created by generators.
