 ABSTRACT

Among the properties associated with ensuring the necessary level of reliability of oil and gas field equipment, a special place is occupied by the safety of service personnel. The source of increased danger is installations used for drilling oil and gas wells and their underground repair, as well as a number of other field facilities.

Modern oil and gas field equipment is a technical system operating in difficult conditions, and with an increase in the depth of wells, these conditions are significantly complicated. When drilling wells, significant loads are applied to individual units and mechanisms. In addition, the maintenance of many types of oil and gas field equipment is associated with the presence of personnel in the immediate vicinity of working mechanisms, especially during descent and lifting operations on drilling rigs with traditional hoisting system, rotor and swivel. At the same time, significant loads acting on the talus system create prerequisites for the occurrence of dangerous situations, which often leads to occupational injuries.

The article is devoted to assessing the reliability of oil and gas field equipment with the necessary level of safety.

Keywords: reliability, oil and gas field equipment, working personnel, safety, well.
