Abstract: The article presents the elements of a mathematical model of the soldering process in different materials. The desire to increase the operating temperature of soldered structures required taking into account a number of temperature factors that make up the soldering process. Note that solder melting temperature start point should be higher than operating melting point. Otherwise, at a sufficiently high operating temperature, the soldered product will be inoperable. It was determined that, during soldering, the heating temperature is related to time. A differential equation describing in the general the change in temperature of the soldered product with the surface over time will be obtained from the law of energy conservation. The obtained equation also allows us to solve some problems of optimizing the heating of the brazed product and the equations taken together constitute the soldering temperature condition.
