ABSTRACT

This scientific article is about the research stability of mast rope-pin drive of downhole sucker-rod pump. The design of downhole sucker-rod pump drive in the form of a mast, which is mounted directly on the column of the wellhead has been proposed. Calculations of the frequency of natural vibrations of the system from the rotation of the cranks during the breakage of the rods are performed, which completely eliminates the possibility of resonant phenomena that destroy the mast. This proves that the mast drive has a high stability margin.
