Аbstract
The modern economy is increasingly based on knowledge and, more broadly, on intangible assets that ensure sustainable innovation growth. The formation of an innovative type of knowledge economy can be considered one of the fundamental development trends at the global level. The modernization of the economy in the lifetime period means the introduction of modern technologies, increasing energy efficiency and labor productivity, producing high-quality products according to the most advanced standards. Ultimately, this is the creation of a competitive economy.
