 Аbstract

Alloying elements are specially introduced into titanium-based alloys in order to improve technological and operational characteristics. Necessary for this purpose, it is necessary to expand the understanding of the possibilities and establish the regularities of the mechanical behavior of ternary Ti-Mo-Sn alloys by varying the alloy composition and selecting the appropriate thermomechanical treatments, creating a fine structure in relation to binary titanium-molybdenum alloys. To clarify the principles of optimal alloying of the titanium alloys under study, let us analyze the change in mechanical properties, starting with some binary alloys. Elements such as Sn and Mo are more often used to alloy titanium in order to harden it, and quite often they are used together and in different proportions. Based on experimental data. To understand the role of each element in creating the properties of ternary Ti-Mo-Sn alloys, let us analyze some compositions with a fixed value of one of the elements.

Keywords: titanium-molybdenum alloys, alloying elements, thermomechanical treatment.
