  1. Handwriting is published leaving 20 mms space from right and left, 25 mms from top and bottom in A4 (210 x 297 mm) form. The volume of handwriting must not exceed 8 – 10 pages.
  2. In each article indexes of UOT and/or PACS types codes must be shown
  3. The article can be published in three languages: Azerbaijani, Russian and English. The texts of abstracts in different languages must be the same and must conform to the content of the article. Key words must be given in three languages : Azerbaijani , Russian and English.
  4. The texts of the article in Azerbaijani must be typed in Azerbaijani language in Latin, in Russian language in Cyrillic and in the English language in Latin alphabets with one interval , with the size of 11 in Times New Roman version.
  5. Equations and formulae must be separated from the text by one empty line.
  6. Formulae must be systematically numbered in Arabic figures given in round brackets on the right side of the page.
  7. Explanation of symbols and literary coefficient must directly be given under the formulae with the succession they are met in the equations.
  8. Scientific innovation and importance of the application, economic benefit of the work must be given in accordance with the character of the article and field of science in the summary of the article.
  9. The list of literature given at the end of article must be given by succession as they are referred to in the article. The reference to them must be noted like [1] or (1, p.119). Advantage must be given to the references to the scientific articles, monographs of the last 5- 10 years in the literature list.
  10. The place of work of the author(s), their addresses, and e – mail address must be shown in the article.
  1. At the end of the article the number of the protocol of the appropriate meeting and date of scientific council of the institution advising the article for printing must be noted.
  2. The author(s) must give written consent for the printing of the article.
  3. The pages must be numbered by pencil in the right corner of the bottom of the paper.
  4. The name of the article, the surname and name of the authors must be submitted in English and Russian.
  5. Articles should be submitted in duplicate and in electronic version.
